Mw2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the mw2 platform. By registering an account or continuing to use this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below. These Terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mw2 platform through our official website, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the mw2 platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the mw2 platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms come into effect will be considered your acceptance of those changes.
The mw2 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to use this platform under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
2. Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation
To access the full range of mw2 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account information current. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
Password Security & Login
You are responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. mw2 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify the mw2 support team immediately and change your password.
Platform Terms of Use
Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the mw2 platform:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the operations of mw2's systems.
- Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to another party.
- Providing false information during registration or in any financial transaction.
- Taking any action intended to deceive the payment system or unlawfully manipulate game outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and mw2 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.
3. Payment Details, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the mw2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). mw2 supports a range of local payment methods including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other payment options listed in your account dashboard.
Deposit
Deposits must be made using a supported payment method and meet the minimum amount required for that method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by method and can be reviewed in the Deposit section of your account. mw2 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within a set timeframe depending on the chosen method. mw2 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Any attempt to bypass the identity verification process may result in the withdrawal being delayed or rejected.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Transactions
All deposits successfully processed into an mw2 account are non-refundable except under circumstances specifically provided for by the platform. Users are advised to carefully verify the amount before confirming any transaction.
4. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The mw2 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. mw2 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. To the extent permitted by applicable law, mw2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
Mw2 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, system disruptions, cyberattacks, or misuse of account information resulting from the user's own negligence.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mw2 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision set out in these Terms.
- Fraud, false information, or any activity suspected to involve money laundering.
- Using the account in a manner that violates applicable laws in Malaysia.
- Requests from competent authorities.
- Account inactivity for a period as defined under the current platform policy.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, mw2 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mw2 platform — including but not limited to names, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the property of mw2 or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mw2.
5. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The mw2 platform may contain links to or use services from third-party providers such as payment processors, game software suppliers, or technical service providers. mw2 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party services separately.
Changes to These Terms
Mw2 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes, or business needs. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For changes considered to be material, mw2 will make reasonable efforts to notify users through available communication channels, such as the email address registered to your account.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the mw2 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
